Document Authentication Process in Panama

If you have no time to go get your documents authenticated/notarized or authenticate the translator´s signature, we can take of that for you. We are be able to notarize documents and authenticate the translator´s signature. We can also get your documents apostilled in Panama. This is required when sending a translation abroad. All you need to do is to deliver the documents (original documents or copies thereof) for translation to us, and we will take care of the whole process. Our certified translator and interpreter are duly authorized in the Republic of Panama and the same are registered at foreign embassies and government institutions of Panama.

Invoicing and Payment Terms

In order for us to commence the translation work, we require the 50% at the time of request and the remaining upon delivery of translation work to client. You can pay by using cash, certified / cashier´s checks or by wire transfer (ACH). After translation or interpreter work is delivered, you will get an electronic invoice or a hard copy invoice.
